To veiw a  video on a Macintosh computer. Please follow the instruction below:
Down load the Flip4mac Player at http://www.flip4mac.com and look for the free
Windows Media Player for QuickTime.  With this component you should be able to
veiw video emails created on HelloWord or VMdirect.

If you are getting a black screen when you are trying to watch the live broadcast
or the recent archived services, try updating you flash player.
